Chef's Aid commercial kitchen equipment maintenance
For commercial kitchens in the UAE

We prevent your kitchen equipment from breaking down in the first place.

  • Preventive service visits stop most breakdowns before they start. When something does go down, you are covered by a 2-hour emergency response.
  • The major global brands trust us as their official UAE service partner, and we hold their OEM parts in our own Dubai warehouse. Repairs take days not weeks, with the labour already inside your contract.

What we handle for you

The annual maintenance contract

Emergencies within 2 hours

If a breakdown threatens to close the kitchen or put your staff at risk, we're on site within 2 hours. That's a contractual commitment, and we're happy to be held to it.

Callouts in 12 to 24 hours

For everything less urgent, a technician is there within a day. The inspection costs you nothing extra; it's covered.

Preventive visits all year

We come three to four times a year to inspect, service, clean, and fix the small issues, because the cheapest breakdown is the one that never happens.

Repair labour included

When something does need repairing, the labour is on us. The only thing on your invoice is the spare part.

Parts available locally

We hold parts for the major brands and manufacturers in our own Dubai warehouse, so you're not waiting weeks for a component to arrive.

Does this sound like your kitchen?

The fryer dies on a Friday night

It's 8pm, the restaurant is full, and the fryer just quit. Now the whole menu limps along while your team works around one dead unit.

Days waiting for a quotation

The technician came, had a look, and left. That was Tuesday. You're still waiting for the quotation, and the equipment is still broken.

Parts take two weeks to arrive

You approved the quote, then found out the part ships from abroad. Two weeks of downtime for one component.

The same fryer keeps failing

Your provider has fixed the same fryer over and over again, and the issue keeps coming back. At some point you have to wonder whether the problem is really the fryer.

Why kitchens switch to us

Reactive repairs are the expensive kind

A breakdown you deal with on the day always costs more: an urgent callout, a rushed part, and a night of covers you'll never get back. A contract turns all of that into a schedule you can plan around.

Big providers treat you as one of hundreds

The large facility companies give a great pitch. Then the contract starts, and your fryer sits in a queue behind an airline kitchen. A good number of our clients came to us from exactly those contracts.

Contract clients jump the queue

Callout customers get served when a slot opens up. Contract kitchens get served first, every time. That priority, more than anything else, is what the AMC buys you.

What changes with Chef's Aid

A busy restaurant floor with the open kitchen working behind the pass, service running normally

01

Service doesn't stop for a breakdown

A unit fails during service, you call, and a technician is on the way. Two hours later at most, someone is standing in your kitchen fixing it, and service continues.

02

The part is already in the country

Because we hold our own inventory for the major brands, most repairs are finished with a part from our shelf, not one that spends ten days in transit.

03

Problems get caught while they're still small

Three to four preventive visits a year mean most faults are found and fixed before they can take a unit down. Every visit is logged, so the full service history of every machine sits in your portal.

Three ways to run kitchen maintenance

Calling someone when it breaks

Ad-hoc callouts

  • You wait for the next free slot
  • Every visit is a separate invoice
  • A quotation to chase every time
  • No service history anywhere

A big facility group

One contract among hundreds

  • Strong pitch, slow process
  • Your fryer waits in a corporate queue
  • Decisions crawl through head office
  • The same fault gets fixed twice

Who you are working with

Chef's Aid is a UAE based kitchen equipment maintenance company built around a simple idea: the speed of the fix is the service. That means manufacturer-trained technicians, our own spare parts stock, and guaranteed response times rather than promises in a pitch.

Credentials

  • Official OEM service partners for major global brands
  • Spare parts inventory held in Dubai
  • Client portal with full service history

You get a site survey of your kitchen, a clear proposal with the response times in writing, and a team that picks up the phone when something breaks. That's the deal.

Questions operators ask first

Do you only work with restaurants?

We maintain commercial kitchens of every kind: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, hotels, catering operations, and central kitchens. If it cooks, chills, washes, or freezes for a living, we service it.

What makes you different from the big maintenance companies?

Speed and accountability. Large facility groups pitch well, but your kitchen becomes one contract among hundreds and decisions crawl through their process. We commit to response times in the contract, and kitchens regularly move their outlets to us from exactly those providers.

What does the annual maintenance contract include?

Emergency and standard callouts, preventive maintenance visits, labour, and access to our Folio customer portal where you can track your service requests and check your maintenance history.

How fast do you actually arrive?

For emergencies, meaning anything that threatens to shut the kitchen or put people at risk, within 2 hours. For standard requests, within 12 to 24 hours.

We already have a maintenance company. Why talk to you?

Most kitchens that switch to us already had a provider. It usually starts with one stubborn unit that keeps getting fixed without getting fixed, or one emergency that waits two days or more. Give us the callout, see how we work, and take it from there.

Who actually does the work?

Chef's Aid technicians, trained on the brands they repair. We're official service partners of many major manufacturers.

What does a contract cost?

Contracts start from AED 10,000 a year. The exact figure depends on how many kitchens you run and what's in them.

What happens after I submit the form?

We reply within 24 hours to book the site survey. A technician walks your kitchen and lists your equipment, and you receive a clear proposal. There's no commitment until you sign.

Put your kitchen under contract

It starts with a free site survey. A technician walks your kitchen, lists every unit, and you get a proposal with the response times in writing. You commit to nothing until you sign.

Already have a provider? Most of our contract kitchens did too. The survey shows you the difference before you decide anything.
